- Name/Nickname you'd like on the keychain
- Preferred silicone bead color
- Preferred Silicone Spacer Bead Color
- Gold, Rose Gold, Black, or Silver Hardware
- If you selected charm(s) please send the letters / color of the letter/ or holiday charm chosen
** Turn around time averages 7-10 business days depending on current colors in stock **
